Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring all job duties are performed as directed by management. This includes greeting guests for a positive shopping experience, coaching employees, executing safety and store operations policies, and managing cash processes. The role requires availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and maintaining store cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
