Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) supervises staff and monitors work processes to achieve store objectives, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies. Responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, managing cash processes, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role requires a flexible schedule, with the need to work various hours including nights and weekends. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess reliable transportation. Physical capabilities such as lifting up to 25 lbs and accessing all areas of the store are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
