Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring efficient completion of job duties, coaching employees, providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, and adhering to store policies and safety protocols. Responsibilities include supervising cash processes, replenishing products, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring thorough store housekeeping. Candidates must be organized, able to lift up to 25 lbs., and possess reliable transportation, with a minimum education requirement of a high school diploma. The role requires flexibility in working hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Reliable transportation

- Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
