Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing, and monitoring work processes to meet store objectives. Key responsibilities include providing coaching and constructive feedback to employees, greeting guests, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience, and adhering to safety and operational policies. The role involves managing cash processes, maintaining store housekeeping standards, and addressing guest inquiries. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess the ability to perform physical tasks and work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.)
