Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring customer satisfaction in a retail environment. Key responsibilities include supervising employees, coaching them to improve performance, greeting guests, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash and transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. The role requires flexibility in working hours, organizational skills, and the ability to lift and manage tasks across different store areas.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
