Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising employees to ensure adherence to job duties set by management, coaching staff with constructive feedback, and providing excellent guest experiences. Key responsibilities include overseeing all store housekeeping functions, executing guest service programs, managing cash processes, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies. Candidates must be flexible with work hours, organized, and capable of navigating all areas of the store.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
