Job Summary
As Guest Service Supervisor, you will supervise front-line staff to ensure guest satisfaction and proper execution of store policies and procedures. You will coach employees with constructive feedback, greet guests to provide an enjoyable shopping experience, oversee cash handling and POS operations, maintain housekeeping and safety standards, ensure 24/7 guest service programs run smoothly, manage deposit-related cash processes, lottery, gift cards and checks where applicable, and ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions. You will address guest inquiries and vendor interactions, while being available for flexible hours (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays). You must meet the minimum age and physical requirements to work in the store, and participate in interviews and onboarding as part of a responsive Talent Acquisition process.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
