Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) oversees staff, ensuring adherence to management directives and coaching employees through constructive feedback. This role includes providing excellent guest services, executing store operations with a focus on safety and quality, and managing cash processes. Key responsibilities involve supervising tasks such as employee performance, merchandise replenishment, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining store cleanliness. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, alongside organizational skills and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be efficient and organized.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.
