Job Summary
Supervise employees to ensure all job duties are performed according to management's standards. Provide coaching and constructive feedback, greet guests, and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies. Manage point of sale operations and cash processes, maintain neatness in store housekeeping, and execute guest service programs. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be available to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Work in intermittent temperatures such as cooler or outside

- Efficient and organized
- Ability to address inquiries and complaints from guests
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
