Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) oversees staff to achieve store objectives, ensuring employees carry out duties effectively and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include coaching employees, supervising point-of-sale operations, managing cash processes, and ensuring store housekeeping tasks are completed. Must adhere to safety and operational policies while addressing guest inquiries and maintaining product availability. Flexible availability is required for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
