Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring adherence to store operations policies, enhancing guest experiences, and managing cash processes. The role includes coaching employees, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring proper execution of all guest service programs. This position requires ability to perform physical tasks, reliable transportation, and a flexible work schedule. Ideal candidates should have effective communication skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be efficient and organized
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and or holidays.
