Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to management directives, and enhancing the guest shopping experience. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, managing store operations, monitoring safety and quality policies, processing cash transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work flexible hours. Reliability and the ability to perform physical tasks are essential.
