Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies, and providing a welcoming shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, managing cash processes, handling guest inquiries and complaints, executing guest service programs, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates must be organized, efficient, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
