Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring proper execution of store operations, including performance evaluations, safety compliance, and cash management. The role requires excellent customer service skills to greet guests and resolve inquiries or complaints, while also coaching employees effectively. Ideal candidates should be organized, able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and capable of performing physical tasks within the store environment. Attention to detail is essential for maintaining store operations and executing guest service programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
- Must have reliable transportation
