Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor oversees store operations by supervising employees and ensuring they meet management's expectations. Responsibilities include providing constructive feedback, greeting guests, and maintaining a high standard of store housekeeping and safety compliance. This role also entails managing cash handling processes, replenishing products, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the execution of guest service programs. Candidates must be flexible in their availability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
