Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with job duties, and providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, executing safety and quality standards, handling cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Availability for flexible working hours is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Efficient and organized
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and or holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
