Job Summary
Supervise staff and monitor work processes to achieve store objectives at Global Partners. Responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring adherence to store operations and safety policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining proper cash levels, completing store housekeeping functions, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. Must be flexible with work hours and have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be efficient and organized
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor and stock area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
