Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, adhering to safety and store operations policies, operating the point of sale, managing cash processes, maintaining store housekeeping, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Efficient and organized
- Reliable transportation
