Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, coaching employees, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and store policies, operating the point of sale, maintaining cash levels, managing store housekeeping functions, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs. and working flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all store areas
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs.
