Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is tasked with supervising staff and organizing work processes to achieve store objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demands efficiency and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
