Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) supervises store staff and monitors work processes to achieve store objectives. Responsibilities include coaching employees with constructive feedback, ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Key tasks involve greeting guests, addressing inquiries and complaints, overseeing cash processes, and ensuring guest service programs are executed effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be efficient and organized
