Job Summary
As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring the execution of store objectives. Key duties include coaching employees, managing cash processes, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining store cleanliness. You must work flexible hours and be able to perform physical tasks necessary for the role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
