Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to store policies, coaching employees, and providing excellent guest service. Key duties include managing cash processes, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels, and addressing inquiries and complaints from guests. This role requires flexible availability and the ability to perform physical tasks within the store, as well as providing a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
