Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to achieve store objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, providing an enjoyable shopping experience, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures, managing cash processes, overseeing store housekeeping, replenishing stock and addressing guest inquiries. Candidates must be organized, possess leadership skills, and have reliable transportation, with the ability to perform physical tasks and work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Reliable transportation
