Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, organizing, and monitoring work processes to achieve store objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards, managing the point of sale, maintaining store cleanliness, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and overseeing cash processes. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. Flexible availability and physical capability to complete job duties are required.
