Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising store employees and organizing work processes to meet store objectives. Key responsibilities include providing an enjoyable shopping experience, coaching staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries. The role requires flexible availability, efficient organization, and the ability to handle physical duties and varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
- Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.)
- Efficient and organized
