Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, coaching employees, ensuring proper execution of safety and operational policies, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role includes supervising cash processes, maintaining store housekeeping, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate physical capability to fulfill job duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
