Job Summary
Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to meet store objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring adherence to safety and store operations policies, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The GSS operates the point of sale, maintains cash levels, oversees store housekeeping functions, and addresses guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and be available to work flexible hours. The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
