Job Summary
GSS oversees store guest services by supervising staff and ensuring execution of safety, security, quality, and policies. Responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, operating the POS and cash-handling procedures, maintaining housekeeping and 24/7 guest service programs, processing vendor check-ins, replenishing stock to keep in-store conditions, and addressing guest inquiries/complaints. The role requires flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and physical ability to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.
