Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees, ensuring they perform job duties as per management's guidance, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest shopping experience. Duties include coaching staff, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and ensuring cleanliness in the store. The role requires the ability to work flexible hours and may involve physical tasks such as lifting and accessing various store areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and/or holidays
