Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining store cleanliness. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A flexible schedule is required, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
