Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, coaching employees, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and store operations policies, managing cash processes, executing guest service programs, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and maintaining store housekeeping functions. Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate organizational skills. The position requires physical capabilities including lifting up to 25 lbs and the ability to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Reliable transportation
- Must be efficient and organized

- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays
