Job Summary
Supervise employees and ensure they fulfill tasks as directed by management. Responsibilities include coaching staff, providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, adhering to safety and operational protocols, operating point of sale systems, maintaining store cleanliness, executing guest service programs, managing cash processes, and replenishing products. Candidates must be efficient, organized, and able to handle various physical requirements of the job, including lifting and navigating different store areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
