Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coaching employees, overseeing cash management and housekeeping, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess the ability to work flexible hours. The position requires physical capabilities such as lifting and maneuvering within various store areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
