Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, ensuring guest satisfaction, executing safety and store operations procedures, and managing cash processes while maintaining a clean store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
