Job Summary
Oversees guest service and ticketing operations, trains and develops associates, manages scheduling and ticketing processes, coordinates VIP guest flow, and supports budgeting and cross-department collaboration to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Relevant work experience in sales, guest services in the hospitality, theme park or travel/tourism market preferred
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment, have a sense of urgency to complete projects and be detail oriented required
- Experience in training, development and counseling of employees
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
