Job Summary
Direct guest flow and cash operations by educating shoppers on products, managing checkout backups, and executing cash office controls including safe management. Lead the front-end service team to maintain sanitation, oversee inventory for loss minimization, and support digital fulfillment orders while upholding brand standards. Engage guests with a friendly approach throughout the store to ensure an exceptional last impression. Requires flexible scheduling including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations
- Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience
- Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools
