Job Summary
Greet customers with a wave and a smile, then enthusiastically sell products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program. Anticipate and solve customer needs while ensuring each vehicle leaves clean, dry, and shiny. Maintain site cleanliness and collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals. Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment on varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Same-day pay is available, with hourly rates ranging from $17 to $18. Mister Car Wash offers PTO from day one, medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) match and tuition reimbursement.
