Job Summary
Guest Service Sales Specialist responsible for welcoming guests with warmth, conducting consultations to understand goals, educating on services/memberships/packages, driving sales through memberships, rebooking, and guest retention. You’ll manage front desk operations, scheduling, CRM, and payment processing, and partner with clinical providers to ensure a seamless guest experience. Requires 1–3+ years of guest-facing sales/hospitality experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible evenings and weekends.
