Provide courteous, efficient guest service in a fast-paced Church's Chicken location; greet customers, take and fill orders within company service time, upsell products as directed, collect money and deliver orders, and handle cash with accuracy. Maintain clean display and service area, ensure product rotation and proper holding times, and assist with cash handling tasks such as opening bank and end-of-shift drawer reconciliation. Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are required to interact with customers and colleagues; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and count back change accurately.
