Job Summary
Provide guest service at the hotel front desk, including greeting and registering guests, assigning rooms, and promoting hotel services/amenities. Act as Manager on Duty when needed, respond to guest requests, and maintain effective communication with management. Use the property management system to post charges, compute bills, and handle payments; promote repeat business through future reservations and recommendations. Uphold guest privacy, assist in coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and uphold safety and professional standards. Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, location details, and guest services while delivering courteous hospitality and problem-solving support to guests.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations type of industry preferred
