Guest Service Representative

Clock in at scheduled times in uniform and ensure prescribed cash counts are accurate. Answer telephone calls within three rings using proper script, handle reservations, and check guests in and out. Address guest inquiries regarding directions or needs, implement property management computer procedures correctly, and assist with laundry by washing, drying, and folding linen. Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, corridors, and elevators. Additional duties may be added as needed.
