Job Summary
Guest Service Representative at TownePlace Suites Wilmington responsible for providing efficient check-in/check-out, delivering information on hotel policies and amenities, and supporting monthly brand standard goals related to customer service and guest experience. The role requires hospitality-focused duties, strong communication, basic accounting/math proficiency, computer familiarity, and flexible overnight shift coverage (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with an emphasis on delivering excellent guest service and supporting hotel operations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Marriott experience is highly desired.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must.
- Must possess solid basic accounting and math skills, be comfortable with computers and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
