Job Summary
Guest Service Representative at Kana Hotel Group supporting frontline hospitality tasks: greet guests, manage check-in/out, handle cash/credit card procedures, monitor room availability, review credit limits, communicate hotel amenities, respond to guest inquiries, and balance daily activity. Must be able to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering courteous service, accuracy in transactions, and guest satisfaction. Strong knowledge of hotel layout and local area, plus customer-service experience and high attention to detail are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- One year hospitality experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Experience handling cash and credit card procedures
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of hotel layout, amenities, procedures & organization
- Knowledge of local geographic area knowledge, area businesses & services, major highway/street information, and community events & attractions
