Job Summary
Guest Service Representatives are responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, concierge duties. Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Must be able to greet guests at the front desk, operate the front desk computer system, handle inquiries about hotel services, and maintain compliance with hotel policies. This is a 3:00 pm-11:00 pm shift emphasizing courteous, efficient service and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
