Guest Service Representative (Part Time)

Job Summary
Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns at the front desk. Lead by example by reinforcing company culture and guiding associates in daily operations. Oversee department activities by monitoring compliance, maintaining cleanliness, and managing checkout lane flow. Support the team by directing guests, handling overrides, and adjusting schedules based on sales and traffic. Optimize staffing levels by calling in additional members and ensuring timely attendance. Communicate with shift managers regarding assistance needs and track attendance using the GSR Shift Report.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Ability to walk in the store
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move/handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- Ability to lift
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual's availability
