Guest Service Representative (Part Time)

Job Summary
Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism. Lead by example by guiding associates in daily operations and utilizing leadership tools for evaluations and coaching. Oversee Guest Service activity, monitor compliance, and maintain department cleanliness. Support the team by managing checkout lines, directing guests, and adjusting operations based on sales and traffic. Maintain staffing levels by managing schedules and calling in additional team members as needed. Ensure compliance with labor laws for minor employees regarding breaks and clock-out times. Track attendance using shift reports and manage cart collection processes.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Ability to walk in the store
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move/handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- Ability to lift
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual's availability
