Guest Service Representative (Part Time)

Job Summary
Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns at the front desk. Lead by example by guiding associates in daily operations and utilizing leadership tools like evaluations and manuals. Oversee operations by monitoring activity, ensuring compliance, and maintaining cleanliness. Support the team by managing checkout lines, directing guests, and adjusting schedules based on business needs. Optimize staffing levels by calling in additional members and enforcing labor laws for minor employees. Track attendance using shift reports and manage cart collection processes. Maintain regular attendance and provide adequate notice for absences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Ability to walk in the store
- Ability to bend, stoop and kneel regularly
- Fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to move/handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store
- Ability to lift
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays within the individual's availability
