Job Summary
Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns at the front desk. Lead by example by reinforcing company culture and guiding Service Desk, Cashiers, Baggers, and Cart Runners through daily operations. Utilize leadership tools including tenite evaluations and the Guest Service OPPS Manual to oversee operations and ensure team compliance. Monitor Guest Service activity, manage checkout lines, and adjust schedules based on sales and traffic to maintain 100% productivity. Enforce labor laws for minor employees and track attendance using the GSR Shift Report. Maintain sufficient cart availability and communicate with Shift Managers regarding lane flow and assistance needs. Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
