Guest Service Representative (Part Time)

Job Summary
Provide helpful service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism. Lead by example by guiding associates in daily operations, utilizing leadership tools for evaluations and coaching. Oversee guest service activity, monitor compliance, and maintain department cleanliness. Support the team by managing checkout lines, directing guests, and adjusting schedules based on sales and traffic. Monitor staff coverage, enforce labor laws for minor employees, and track attendance via shift reports. Ensure sufficient cart availability and manage lane flow during busy periods. Maintain regular attendance and provide adequate notice for absences.
